Eligibility Criteria for a Madhya Pradesh Ration Card

You must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to apply for a Madhya Pradesh ration card:

• You must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• You must not own a ration card.
• You must come under one of the three categories: APL, BPL, or AAY.
• Recently married couples can apply for a Madhya Pradesh ration card.
• You can apply for a Madhya Pradesh ration card, if your ration card has expired or if you possess a temporary ration card.

To apply for a Madhya Pradesh ration card, you will need the following documents:

1. Duly filled application form

1. Proof of address: Passport/Rental agreement/Utility bills/Aadhaar card
2. Proof of identity: Aadhaar card/Passport/Driving licence/Bank passbook

How to Apply for a Madhya Pradesh Ration Card?

To apply for a Madhya Pradesh ration card, follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1 - Visit the official website of the Madhya Pradesh State Food Security Portal.

Step 2 - Click on the ‘New ration card’ option.

Step 3 - An application form will appear on the screen.

Step 4 - Fill out the form with your details and download it. Alternatively, download the form and fill it out manually.

Step 5 - Visit your nearest ration office and submit the application form with relevant documents.

Step 6 - You will receive your ration card within 30 days after your application has been successfully validated.

How to Check Madhya Pradesh Ration Card Details

To check your ration card details, follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to the AePDS Madhya Pradesh.

Step 2: Under the ‘Reports’ section, select the ‘RC Details’ option.

Step 3: Enter the month, year, and RC number on the next page.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ button to view your RC details.

How to Check Madhya Pradesh Ration Card List Online?

The steps to check the Madhya Pradesh ration card list are as follows:

Step 1 - Visit the official website of the Madhya Pradesh State Food Security Portal.

Step 2 - Click on the ‘Current Beneficiary Family’ option.

Step 3 - You will be redirected to a new page.

Step 4 - From the drop-down list, select your district.

Step 5 - Enter the captcha code.

Step 6 - Select your district from the list of districts displayed.

Step 7 - Following the selection of the district, a list of all the ration shops in that district will be displayed.

Step 8 - Choose the FPS Code in front of your ration shop’s name.

Step 9 - A list including all ration card holders that fall under that ration shop will appear on the screen.

Step 10  - You can search for your name in the list.

Step 11 - To check the number of members on your ration card, choose the family ID. All information about your family members will then appear on the screen.
