The Assam Government, through the Public Distribution Scheme (PDS) of the Nation Food Security Act, 2013 issues ration cards to certain families of the state. A ration card is a document through which families of low income (as determined by PDS), or below the poverty line can avail food grains at a subsidised rate. Ration cards are now issued under the NFSA Scheme in Assam.
You can check the Assam ration card list online. Here are the steps that you need to follow.
Step 1 - Visit the Assam PDS Official website https://pds.assam.gov.in/
Step 2 - Choose your district name.
Step 3 - You will then be taken to the Tehsil name page. Select your Tehsil.
Step 4 - Once you click on the Tehsil name, you will see all the village names.
Step 5 - After you select your village name, the list of all Assam ration cards 2025 will appear.
