How to Register 

Below are the steps to register in RERA Rajasthan: 

Step 1: Visit Rera Rajasthan official website.  

Step 2: Select the drop-down menu of 'Online Registration' and choose 'Real Estate Project' or 'Real Estate Agent' accordingly. 

Step 3: You'll be redirected to https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin.  

Step 4: Select 'Registration' and choose 'Citizen' or 'Udhyog' or Govt. Employee' accordingly. 

Documents Required for Registration for RERA Rajasthan 

Documents required to be furnished during the process of registration are: 

Promoter 

1. PAN card copy. 
2. Audited balance sheet of the promoter for the preceding financial year. 
3. Number of parking areas in each type of parking such as basement, open, stilt, mechanical, parking, etc. 
4. Legal title deed copy reflecting the title of the promoter to the land. 
5. Encumbrance details. 
6. In case the promoter is not the landowner, then a copy of the collaboration, development, joint development, or any other agreement. 
7. Application form. 

Real Estate Agent 

1. Brief details of your enterprise including its name, registered address, type of enterprise (society/partnership/proprietorship/company, etc.). 
2. Photograph of the real estate agent in case of an individual, and the photograph of partners, directors, etc., in case of other than an individual. 
3. PAN card copy. 
4. Address proof copy of the place of business. 
   

Details needed to be provided when filing application for registration of project - Form A

When applying for project registration using Form A under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the following information must be provided:

1. Applicant Status: Whether the applicant is an individual, company, partnership firm, trust, society, or other legal entity.
2. Personal or Entity Details:
   1. For individuals: Name, father's name, occupation, permanent address, contact information, and a photograph.
   2. For entities (firm, company, LLP, trust, society, competent authority): Name, address, main objectives, registration certificate copy, and details (photo, name, and address) of directors/partners or authorized persons.
3. Promoter’s PAN Number
4. Project Land Details: Complete information about the land on which the project will be developed.
5. Bank Account Details: Name and address of the bank where the project's separate account (as required under Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the RERA Act) will be maintained.
6. Past Projects: Information about other real estate projects launched by the promoter in the last five years, including current status and completion details.
7. External Development Agency: Name of the agency responsible for external development works.
8. Payment Information: Online payment details such as transaction ID, date, and amount paid for registration fees.
