How to Register Projects under Uttar Pradesh RERA

Step 1: Visit the UP RERA official website

Login to the website

Step 2: Click on 'Registrations' in the menu bar and then click on 'Projects' from the pop-up menu.

Select Registration

Step 3: Select the type of user i.e. Promoter or Agent. Enter your User ID/Email ID and Password along with the Captcha code.

Step 4: Click on 'Login' to redirect you to the project registration webpage.

Step 5: Fill in the required details and upload the supporting documents of the project being registered.

Step 6: Complete the registration process by paying the registration fees and clicking on 'Confirm'.

Documents Required for Registration of Projects under UP RERA

Documents to be submitted by the promoter

  1. PAN Card copy.
  2. Balance sheet for the previous financial year.
  3. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 financial years.
  4. Total number of parking areas (open) included in the project.
  5. Title deed indicating the title of the promoter on the property/land on which the real estate project is proposed.
  6. Encumbrance Certificate of the land or property on which the project is proposed.
  7. Copy of collaboration agreement, joint agreement or any other supporting document in case the promoter is not the owner of the land/property.
  8. A written application in the format mentioned in sub0section (1) under Section 4 as per Form A.

Documents to be submitted by the agent

  1. PAN Card copy.
  2. Details of the real estate agent enterprise (Name, registered address, enterprise type i.e. proprietorship, societies, partnership, company, etc.).
  3. Registration particulars (including bye-laws).
  4. Memorandum of Association.
  5. Articles of Association.
  6. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 financial years.
  7. In case you had been exempted from filing income tax returns during any of the last 3 financial years, please submit a declaration explaining the same.
  8. Proof of address of the business entity.
