2. Self Employed: 

  1. Business Proof, such as:

  1. MOA (Memorandum of Association) 
  1. Partnership deed 
  1. Stamped and updated company bank statement for last six months with bank seal 
  1. Last three years company’s Income Tax Returns 

3. Retired: Any retirement Proof, such as pension book, statement etc. 

4. If Student, then ID card from either school, college or institute depending on the educational institute. 

5. For Minor the following are the required supporting documents: 

  1. Birth Certificate showing the names of both parents 
  1. Legalized Letter of Consent (NOC) 

Note: 

  1. The letter of consent from the parent authorizes the child's travel with the other parent. 
  1. a notarized letter of consent from both parents permitting travel, if the child is travelling alone or without either parent. 
  1. In case one or both parents are deceased, death certificate.
