Follow the steps given below to apply for a visa offline:

Step 2: Gather all necessary documents for your visa application, which generally include a valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity), recent passport-sized photographs (as per the country’s specifications) and completed visa application form (downloadable from the embassy or consulate website).

Step 3: Collect the form in person from the embassy, consulate, or authorized visa center. Alternatively, you can also download the application form from the official website of the embassy or consulate.

Step 4: Submit a filled-out application form at the embassy and book an appointment. Some embassies accept walk-ins, but it is advisable to confirm the procedure in advance. 

Step 5: Pay the visa fee in the prescribed mode (cash, demand draft, or bank transfer, depending on the country) and save the payment receipt as proof.
