  2. Counterinsurgency: Rs.6,300
  3. Military Service Pay: Rs.15,500 (From Lt. Post to Brig)
  4. Field Area Allowances: Rs.10,500
  5. Uniform Allowances: Rs.20,000 each year
  6. High Altitude Allowances: Rs.5,300
  7. Parachute Pay: Rs.1,200
  8. Special Forces: Rs.9,000 per month
  9. Uniform Allowances: Rs.20,000 per year
  10. Siachen: Rs.42,500
  11. Flying Pay: Rs.25,000
  12. Casual leave of 20 days
  13. Study leave of up to two years with full pay and benefits
  14. Enacsh leave up to 300 days of the last amount that has been withdrawn
