Documentation to Apply for United Bank of India VISA Debit Card

To be eligible for the UBI VISA Debit Card, you need to have a bank account with any branch of United Bank of India. The documents required while signing up for a bank account will suffice. You need to provide KYC compliance documents that include:

  1. Proof of identification
  2. Proof of residence
  3. Recent passport photograph

You may submit any acceptable Government-issued documents such as PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driver's Licence, Utility bills and so on.

  • The ATM swallowed my debit card. What do I do?

    If the ATM has retained your debit card, you can use the same process listed for loss of debit card. Inform the customer care via phone, email or online banking. The old card will be blocked and a new one will be issued.
