- At other banks ATM for Savings A/c, Cash Withdrawal/Balance Enquiry is free for the first three transactions (conditions apply).
- At other banks' ATM for Current A/c holders and Overdraft A/c holders, cash withdrawal/balance enquiry will be charged.
- Rs.20 plus service tax and education cess will be charged for financial transactions.
- Rs 10/- plus service tax and education cess will be charged for Non-Financial transactions.
- Charge Back Processing Fee/ Sales Slip Retrieval is Rs.225
- Purchase transaction limit per day (POS & Online) Rs.50,000 (as long as there is no ATM transaction on that day)
- Service charges for international transactions will be charged 2.50% of the transaction amount.
- Transactions at petrol pumps and railway counters will be charged 2.50% of the transaction amount or Rs.10 (whichever is higher).
