  1. For Basic and PRO users:

  1. After exhaustion of free transaction limit at non-Federal Bank ATM, Rs.21 and Rs.11 will be charged for cash withdrawal and non-financial transactions, respectively.

Rs.200 per cash withdrawal plus Forex charge of 3.50%

Fees on checking balance or mini statement from ATM outside India

International debit card transactions charges

  1. Forex fees for PRO and Salary account holders:
    1. For PRO account up to Rs.25,000 per month
    2. For salary account up to Rs.10,000 per month
    3. Fores charge of 3.50% will be charged beyond the above-mentioned limits

Note:

  1. Annual fees will be waived off in case of:
    1. Spending of minimum of Rs.25,000 in next 12 months from the date of issuance.
    2. Six out of 12 months for PRO and salary account
  1. Fores charges is applicable on all international transactions and will be reversed weekly basis if applicable.
  1. Forex charges not reversed for ATM withdrawals.

You will get a debit card when you open an account. To open an account with the Jupiter platform you will have to submit the following documents:

  1. Proof of Identity: You can submit your voter ID, passport, driving license, or PAN card
  2. Proof of Age: You can submit your PAN card, voter ID, driving license, or passport.
  3. Proof of Residence: You can submit your passport, PAN card, voter ID, or driving license.

How to Open Jupiter Account to Apply for Debit Cards?

To get Jupiter debit cards, customers must open a Jupiter account which will allow them to open Federal bank account automatically. Here are the steps to open Jupiter account:

  1. Download the Jupiter Money app on the mobile device
  1. Enter the mobile number linked with the Aadhar
  1. Enter the PAN number
  1. Enter the Aadhar number and OTP on the page redirected to
  1. Enter additional details, such as father’s name, mother’s name, email, etc.
  1. Select occupation, other details, and annual income
  1. Click on ‘Continue’ option to proceed with the application after checking the entered information
  1. Create MPIN to log into the application
  1. The application will be processed, and account will be opened

How to Apply Online for a Jupiter Debit Card

You will get a Jupiter Debit card when you open a savings account with the Jupiter platform. As an alternative, you can complete the following steps to apply for a debit card online:

Step 1: Visit the Jupiter official website.

Step 2: Access your online banking account. Login using your credentials.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Apply for debit card’.

Step 4: Fill out all the relevant information such as name, phone number, and email ID. If needed submit copies of the documents required to complete KYC.

Step 5: Make the payment using any of the options available such as UPI, credit card, debit card and net banking.

Step 6: Your debit card will be mailed to your residential address.

  • Does Jupiter provide free debit cards?

    Yes, Jupiter has a debit card, but it is not free of charge. A physical card will be subject to a card fee of Rs.199 + GST. 

  • How much will I be charged for cash withdrawal through Jupiter Debit Card from any ATM outside India?

    Yes, you will be charged Rs.100 per transaction along with forex markup fee of 3.50% on all international ATM withdrawals through Jupiter debit card.

    You can get instant rewards when you use your Jupiter debit card. You will also get a 1% reward on purchases made with your debit card or UPI payments. There are also no annual charges on the Jupiter debit card.
