1. The card comes with a daily cash withdrawal limit of Rs. 40,000 and purchase limit of Rs. 1,00,000 to suit the enhanced financial needs of NRIs.
2. The card provides a Personal Accident Insurance Cover. In case of an unfortunate accident or a mishap which results in the cardholder’s death, his/her beneficiaries are eligible to receive the benefit of accident insurance of Rs 2 lakh.
3. The Zero Lost Card Liability feature of the card provides protection to the cardholder against risk of loss due to fraudulent use of a lost/stolen/missing debit card. On losing your card, you need to communicate the same to Axis Bank customer care.
4. This debit card provides Purchase Protection to its cardholders. This feature protects the consumer durable goods, which have been bought using this debit card, against loss/damage caused by fire, natural calamity, burglary and housebreaking. This cover is valid only up to 90 days from the date of purchase of the goods. Cardholders are also eligible for a combined lost card liability and purchase protection of up to Rs 50,000.
5. Customers have 24*7 access to Axis Bank’s customer care service to assist them with their queries.
6. Cardholders can generate their own debit card PIN by visiting the nearest Axis Bank branch or contacting the bank officials. This ensures enhanced convenience and security.
7. The card is also enabled to carry out transactions through phone banking and internet banking.
