To apply for a passport in Delhi, you can use either the online application via the Passport Seva website or visit a Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or Regional Passport Office (RPO) in person.

Step 1: Visit the Passport Seva website run by the Ministry of External Affairs and register on the site.

To lessen the workload on the Regional Passport Offices (RPO), which usually issue and process passport applications, Passport Seva Kendras (PSK) were established to process passport applications and issue passports.
