You can visit one of the TSNPDCL offices to pay the bill via cash, cheque, or demand draft. However, you must carry the bill when you visit the office to make the payment.

As per RBI directives from 1 July 2024, payment service providers like PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and banks have stopped accepting TGSPDCL electricity bills. The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL) made this request in a post on X. Thus, consumers should make their monthly electricity bill payments through the TGSPDCL website or mobile app.
