How to Block RBL Credit Card

For reporting a credit card which you have lost or misplaced, you can always reach out to the RBL bank by calling 1800 121 9050. This is the RBL Credit Card Customer service number.

How to block RBL credit card

You should send an email to supercardservice@rblbank.com if you own an RBL super card. If you have a card other than the super card, you can drop a mail at cardservices@rblbank.com. Make sure to include details like date of birth, name, expiry date, and card number.

  • Can I unblock my RBL credit card online?

    In order to ensure the safety of your card, you are not allowed to unblock it online. Your physical presence will be required in order for the bank to authorize the unblocking of your RBL credit card.

  • Can my RBL credit card be blocked temporarily for a short time?

    Yes, you can temporarily block your RBL credit card. Once this is done, you cannot use the card for any transaction.

  • What happens to my RBL credit card when I block it?

    Once your credit card has been blocked by the RBL bank, you cannot use it to carry out any transactions. Keep in mind that when you block your credit card, it will not have any impact on your deposits and payments which are made with your account.
