• RC information: This option available on mParivahan app lets you check your Registration Certificate details by entering the RC number.
• DL information: This option available on mParivahan app lets you check your Driving Licence details by entering the DL number.
• Challan: If you have any challan against your name, you can check it by entering RC number or DL number on mParivahan app.
• Pay tax: There are three options available under the Road Tax Services on the mParivahan app, namely, pay tax, check pending transactions, and reprint receipt.
• Emergency services: This option allows you to dial an emergency number in case of mishap or accident. You can also create your own emergency contact list which will be notified in times of need.
• Our services: This option gives you information about the nearest pollution checking centre, nearest Regional Transport Office (RTO), DL mock test and provides information about app through video.
• Registration: This option allows you to check all the information about the RC, like, temporary registration, address change, duplicate RC, etc.
• Licence information: This option allows you to check all the information about the DL, like, learner's DL, addition of class, Internation Driving Permit (IDP), etc.
• Shared/received RC: This option allows you to share or receive RC (in case required) with your contacts (if they have installed mParivahan app).
• Notification: This option gives you real-time update of all the activity related to transport services.

How to Set Up the mParivahan App?

Follow the steps mentioned below to set-up mParivahan app:

Step 1: Download 'mParivahan' app from the playstore.

Step 2: Choose your convinient language and click on 'Sign-in' option.

Step 3: Enter the mobile number you want to register.

Step 4: Tick the 'Terms & Conditions' checkbox.

Step 5: Verify by entering the OTP.

Step 6: Enter your name and click on 'Submit'.

How to Create Virtual RC on mParivahan App?

Follow the steps mentioned below to create virtual RC on mParivahan app:

Step 1: Click on your name present at the top on mParivahan app.

Step 2: Select 'My RC' option present on top-left corner.

Step 3: Click on 'Create virtual RC'.

Step 4: On the virtual RC dashboard, enter your RC number and click on 'Search'.

Step 5: A pop-up box indicating about your activity will appear, click 'OK' and proceed.

Step 6: All the details related to your vehicle will appear. Scroll down.

Step 7: Click on 'Add to Dashboard for virtual RC'.

Step 8: Verify your RC by entering chassis and engine number.

Step 9: On completing verification, you will get message 'Go to dashboard to check your RC details'

Step 10: Your virtual RC will be created. Click on the virtual RC details. A QR code with other RC details will appear.

Step 11: Download the QR code and present the same whenever required.

How to Create Virtual DL on mParivahan app?

Follow the steps mentioned below to create virtual RC on mParivahan app:

Step 1: Click on your name present at the top on mParivahan app.

Step 2: Select 'My DL' option present on top.

Step 3: Click on 'Create virtual DL'.

Step 4: On the virtual DL dashboard, enter your DL number and click on 'Search'.

Step 5: Click on 'Add to Dashboard for virtual DL'.

Step 6: Enter your date of birth and click on 'Verify'.

Step 7: On completing verification, you will get message 'Go to dashboard to check your DL details'

Step 8: Your virtual DL will be created. Click on the virtual RC details. A QR code with other Dl details will appear.

Step 9: Download the QR code and present the same whenever required.

How to Search Challan in mParivahan App?

The mParivahan app allows you to search for any challan against you by using RC number as well as DL number.

Follow the steps mentioned below to search for challan using RC number:

Step 1: Click on the top-left corner of the mParivahan app.

Step 2: Click on the 'Search Challan' option.

Step 3: Enter the RC number.

Step 4: Click on 'Search' button.

Check DL/RC status on mParivahan App

The mParivahan app has feature that allows user to check the status of RC and DL.
