IndusNet enables you to control and monitor your account online, wherever you may be. Financial Transactions

Online fund transfers can now be done in a jiffy with the help of IndusNet. Online fund transfers, which can also be scheduled to be carried out at pre-specified dates or intervals, will be done via NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.   • What proof will I receive of having made a payment when I do it via Bill Pay?

    For all transactions, when you have successfully made the payment, you will receive a ‘Reference number’ for each transaction. The details of each transaction will be available for reviewing in your IndusInd Bank Account statement under Instant pay transaction section. This amount mentioned for every transaction will include the processing fee which is charged.

  • What do I do if the IndusMobile app needs to show my credit card account?

  • What types of alerts can I register to receive?

    You can register to receive alerts for any account related activity, bill payment activity or any other IndusNet activity.

  • How can I get the IndusInd Bank Net banking user ID?

    The customer ID gets converted into username or user ID after you complete your registration process for IndusInd Net Banking through contact center, branch, or ATM. You will also receive a PIN on your registered mobile number through SMS. The customer ID is available on your cheque book, Welcome letter, or bank statements. 

  • Is there a limit to how much money I can spend on IndusMobile?

    Yes, there is a limit on the amount you can spend on IndusMobile. A daily transaction amount of Rs.2 lakh is permitted through IndusMobile. The daily limit of Rs.10,000 per subscriber is allowed for DTH and mobile recharge. While cash-on-mobile limit is set up to Rs.5000 per customer. 

  • Why can't I add beneficiaries to my IndusMobile account?

    The beneficiaries to be added to caped to a limit of two per day for IndusMobile account. In case you have reached the daily limit you will not be able to add anymore beneficiaries that same day. 

  • Can I examine the two years old transaction history on IndusNet?

    No, you cannot check two years old transaction history on IndusNet as it only provides data of 12 months under ‘Transaction Query’ function.
