PNB Housing Finance Grievance Redressal
The Punjab National Bank Housing Finance has a strong grievance redressal policy in place to help their customers in an efficient way.
Level 1
- The first level of the redressal policy would be filling it out a form containing your query. The form will be having details which needs to be filled such as name, e-mail ID, address, contact number, existing or new customer, and query.
Level 2
- If a response is not given within 7 days or the response offered by the bank is unsatisfactory, the customer can then write to the grievance officer and escalate the query to him or her. To escalate the query, the customer should send the query to the following address:
